Extreme sports is called as such, because it is a sports that is very dangerous and at the same for very difficult. It is only undertaken by highly skilled professionals and absolutely not for the faint hearted. With just one simple mistake or a slight mechanical failure, one could end up, almost certainly with broken skull, fractured bones and mangled body. Needless to say, many have met their end performing extreme sports maneuver.
Much as it is dangerous, it is at the same time a great subject of action photography. With great speed by which extreme sports athletes move, photographers likewise find it hard, if not extremely hard, to capture great extreme sports photographs. To be able to do so, one should have proper equipment and at the same time skill in taking fast moving objects.

JulianOne of these skydiving shots looks like it was taken over Empuriabrava in Spain, is that where it is? I skydived there in 2010, stunning views. Lovely images.

JulianAh… yes, upon closer inspection I see the logo on the plane. I was right, it is Empuribrava.
