With more than 1 billion Internet users surfing from mobile devices it is time to take mobile friendliness on websites serious. If you own a website, you can be sure many of the mobile surfers will be reading your content. With a WordPress mobile theme, you can make sure they get a great mobile experience. It is important, however, to know that there are several mobile friendly options to choose from and each have their own pros and cons. In some cases, I will not recommend that you create a dedicated mobile website. Sure, it will work great for the devices you have optimized it for, but with new devices, rolling out every day it is hard to keep up. Instead, you are often better off using a responsive theme. You see with a responsive layout your website will adapt to the actual screen size and orientation of the device, used by the visitor. In this article, you will find a collection of dedicated mobile WordPress themes, but I have added a few really cool responsive themes also, since I believe you need to see some responsive layouts before you choose a mobile friendly theme.
